Home additions & expansions.

More room without moving — bump-outs, second stories, and seamless tie-ins to your existing structure, handled by one crew on one fixed quote.

The Brief

Add the space you need without leaving the home you love.

Outgrowing a house you'd rather keep is a good problem to have — and an addition solves it without the cost and upheaval of moving. We start with how you actually want the new space to work, then engineer it to tie cleanly into your existing structure.

One crew handles everything from foundation and framing through roofline, siding, and interior finish, so the addition reads as part of the original home — not a bolt-on. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before work begins.

Common Questions

Home additions, answered.

How long does a typical addition take?
Most additions run eight to sixteen weeks depending on size, complexity, and permitting timelines. We give you a schedule with your fixed quote and update it weekly.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
In most cases, yes. We seal off the work area, manage dust, and sequence the build to keep the rest of your home livable, telling you up front which days will be the most disruptive.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. We coordinate the drawings, structural engineering, permit applications, and inspections so the addition is approved and built to code.
Will the addition match my existing home?
That's the goal. We match rooflines, siding, trim, and interior finishes so the new space reads as part of the original house, not an obvious add-on.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're a licensed, bonded, and fully insured general contractor, and every addition is backed by our workmanship warranty.
