Whole-home renovations.

A coordinated, top-to-bottom rework — one schedule, one budget, one accountable team, all the way from demolition to the final walkthrough.

The Brief

One rework, one team, one accountable schedule.

Renovating a whole home is where projects most often go sideways — too many trades, too many decisions, no single point of accountability. We take that on. One coordinated plan covers every room, system, and finish, sequenced so the work flows instead of stalling.

One team owns the schedule and the budget from demolition to the final walkthrough, with weekly updates the whole way. You get a written scope and a fixed quote before anything comes apart.

Common Questions

Whole-home renovations, answered.

How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Most whole-home renovations run three to six months depending on size, scope, and how much structural and systems work is involved. We give you a schedule with your fixed quote and update it weekly.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
Sometimes, depending on scope. For larger reworks, many homeowners move out temporarily; we'll talk through the trade-offs and sequence the work to minimize disruption either way.
How do you keep a project this big organized?
One team and one project manager own the whole plan. Every room and trade is sequenced in advance, and you get weekly updates so you always know where things stand.
How is the budget handled?
We price the full scope and selections up front into one fixed quote, so the number you agree to is the number you pay — barring changes you request.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we're a licensed, bonded, and fully insured general contractor, and every renovation is backed by our workmanship warranty.
